We're on the lookout for experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting collars on garments with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities

• Execute accurate collar settings on various garment types.
• Conduct quality checks on finished collars and make adjustments as needed.
• Work alongside the production team to meet or exceed efficiency goals.
• Utilize sewing machines and tools with care and precision.
• Keep workstations tidy and follow all workplace safety protocols.
• Address any technical issues with sewing equipment promptly.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in training new sewing machine operators as needed.
• Document daily production reports and progress.
• Provide feedback to management on production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in sewing or garment manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in garment production.
