Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Architectural and Civil Drafter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will create detailed design drawings and technical specifications for heating and ventilation systems based on architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting activities for HVAC projects from concept to completion.
• Implement feedback from team members to refine designs.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required by projects.
• Utilize advanced drafting tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure that all work meets the specified quality and performance standards.
• Review project scope and schedule to ensure alignment with drafting efforts.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance drafting efficiency.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilize best practices for documentation and database management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification in drafting or related field is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience specifically in HVAC system drafting.
