Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to property management and maintenance.

  • Facilitate regular resident meetings to gather feedback and communicate updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupancy standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Property Management Software Experience with software like Yardi or AppFolio.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management Strong financial oversight and budgeting skills.
  • Conflict Resolution Expertise in mediating disputes and resolving tenant issues.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills Skilled in building positive relationships with residents and staff.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • Real Estate License
  • English (Fluent)
  • Spanish (Conversational)
