Job Description

As a Housing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential facilities. Your role involves ensuring that the properties are well-maintained, secure, and provide a welcoming environment for all residents. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities related to property management and maintenance.
  • Establish relationships with vendors and contractors for timely repairs and services.
  • Monitor property performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Facilitate regular resident meetings to gather feedback and communicate updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupancy standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties and implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
