Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tour Manager to lead our group tours in various destinations worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tour experience, including logistics, accommodations, and activities, ensuring an unforgettable journey for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire tour experience from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during tours.
  • Educate clients about destinations and cultural norms.
  • Assist in the development of new tour packages and routes.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Create post-tour reports for management review.
  • Conduct pre-tour briefings to prepare clients for their travels.
  • Foster relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in travel industry
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Cultural Awareness
