Job Description

As a Polisher at Quality Metal Finishing Co., you will be responsible for finishing and polishing metal and other materials to achieve a high-quality finish. We seek candidates with an eye for detail and expertise in operating various polishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of finishing quality on metal components.
• Conduct visual inspection and test finishes according to specifications.
• Work with various polishing tools and machinery.
• Follow established procedures to maintain product integrity.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to address any defects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support the training of junior finishers as needed.
• Actively participate in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred training in a vocational program related to manufacturing.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or polishing environment is desirable.
