Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Anchorage. The ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction practices. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans and specifications.

• Ensure quality control throughout the construction phases.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Train and assess staff performance and capability within the construction teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in managing construction projects
