Responsibilities

• Control machinery operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Load materials onto trucks using equipment as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the construction team.
• Adhere to company protocols regarding safety and use of machinery.
• Maintain readiness for emergency situations, including first aid if necessary.
• Document operational logs and report issues to the site supervisor.
• Be adaptable to changing site conditions and project needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation

Certifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with GPS Technology: Familiarity with using GPS systems for navigation on job sites.
