Responsibilities

• Setup and operate equipment specific to metalworking and plastic molding.
• Interpret and follow detailed instructions and specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure proper function.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Industrial Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal and plastic manufacturing

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Welding
• Material Handling

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiency.
• First Aid Certification: Training in first aid and workplace safety procedures.
