Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be at the forefront of our production line. This role involves setting up and maintaining machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring all safety standards are met. Your expertise will play a vital role in producing high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintenance of crushing machines for optimal production.
• Monitor the grinding and polishing processes to ensure material specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance based on machine performance data.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to meet production standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and conduct troubleshooting steps.
• Keep accurate logs of production run times and machine status.
• Train junior operators on safe operating procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree or vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting

• CNC Machine Operation

Languages
