Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare System Director to join our dynamic team. This leadership position will oversee the operational aspects of our healthcare system, focusing on strategic planning and efficient delivery of healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Create monthly and annual reports on healthcare facility performance and improvements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to streamline operations.
  • Oversee quality assurance and safety protocols in all operational areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management (preferred)
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
