Responsibilities

• Manage satellite communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting signal quality and system functionality.
• Assist in training team members on satellite communication procedures and equipment usage.
• Maintain records of system performance and generate reports for management review.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Participate in emergency response drills and readiness exercises pertaining to communication systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
• Certification in satellite communication technology is a plus

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in satellite communication operations and maintenance
