Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist at Diversity Employment Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and creating job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. You will assess clients' skills and assist them in overcoming barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses to promote inclusive hiring practices.

• Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout their job search process.
• Organize networking events and job fairs to connect clients with employers.
• Work closely with the director to develop strategic initiatives for client support.
• Analyze data to track client placements and success rates.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in human resources or employment services
