Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager responsible for designing and managing employee benefits programs. This role will analyze market trends, negotiate with vendors, and provide guidance to employees regarding their benefits options.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative employee benefits programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing benefits plans.
  • Oversee the administration of claims processing and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely communication of benefits information to employees.
  • Conduct workshops to educate employees on available benefits options.
  • Prepare and analyze reports regarding benefits effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with legal to ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
  • Manage budgets for the benefits department and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze employee feedback to make beneficial adjustments to programs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of benefits specialists.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits management, including knowledge of regulations.
