Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Information and Record Clerk to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate court records, processing legal documents, and providing administrative support to our attorneys and court staff.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Utilize court management software to manage records and filings.
  • Prepare court reports and assist with the administration of probate estates.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in paralegal studies preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred.
