Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for assessing applicants' driving capabilities and ensuring that our regulatory processes remain robust and effective.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance assessments for new applicants.
• Review and update compliance procedures regularly.
• Conduct workshops on traffic law education.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current compliance policies.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory issues.
• Assist in legal proceedings related to driver licensing.
• Develop training materials for compliance protocols.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote road safety.
• Analyze compliance trends and prepare reports.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a Driver's License Examiner training program

Experience

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred.

Languages

• Spanish: Conversational
