Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Manager who is passionate about privacy laws and regulations. This role is critical in ensuring our organization adheres to all compliance regulations while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluate compliance risks in business operations and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate compliance training for new employees and ongoing education.
  • Draft and maintain documentation for compliance programs.
  • Work closely with legal teams to address compliance-related issues.
  • Monitor compliance with privacy standards and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives to improve compliance performance metrics.
  • Report compliance status and issues to senior management.
  • Advise on compliance-related technology solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
