Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sand Mixer to join our skilled team. Your main role will involve mixing sand and aggregates accurately to meet production requirements while collaborating effectively with your team members.

Responsibilities

  • Mix sand and other aggregates in specified proportions to produce high-quality molds.
  • Operate and maintain sand mixing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor sand properties, such as moisture content and grain size, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the foundry team to understand mold requirements and meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the sand mixing area and equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks on equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Complete necessary documentation and record keeping.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sand mixing or related role
