Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for feeding materials onto conveyor belts, ensuring a steady flow while monitoring equipment for any potential issues. This position requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material levels and replenish as needed.
• Engage in regular safety audits and compliance checks.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance from team operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred experience with conveyor belt systems or similar equipment.

Technical Skills

• Conveyor belt operation
• Basic troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating other heavy machinery: Ability to operate machinery like forklifts or loaders is a plus.
