As a Wire Brusher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our metal products. Your primary responsibility will be to operate wire brushing machines, ensuring surfaces are clean and free of impurities. Responsibilities

• Use wire brushes to prepare metal surfaces for finishing.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness of metal parts before assembly.
• Keep workspace organized and uphold safety standards.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance to supervisors.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Report any defects or issues with machinery to maintenance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure readiness for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate production records for tracking.
• Support the team in achieving monthly production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or metalworking preferred
