We are seeking skilled Shoe and Leather Workers and Repairers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with various leatherworking tools and techniques, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in footwear and leather goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery for producing leather goods.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with production equipment.
• Perform repairs on damaged footwear and leather items as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with the packaging and shipping of finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a leatherworking apprenticeship preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in shoe repair and leather crafting

Technical Skills

• Sewing techniques
• Problem-solving

• Customer Service
• Organization

Languages

• English: Fluent
