In this position, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and polishing stones to meet high-quality standards. Your artistry will help create custom jewelry that enchants our customers and defines our brand. Responsibilities

• Use various tools to carve and polish gemstones to perfection.
• Interact with clients for custom orders, understanding their needs.
• Train junior lapidary team members in advanced techniques.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Document and report on the production process for inventory records.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure aesthetic quality and functionality.
• Research and adapt to new lapidary trends and techniques.
• Attend industry seminars and workshops to enhance skills.
• Engage with suppliers to source high-quality gemstones.
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in jewelry design is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in lapidary work or related field

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of gemstone identification: Ability to identify and classify various gemstones and their properties.
