Job Description

The Clinical and Counseling Psychologists will play a pivotal role in supporting teams within the organization. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, and providing psychological interventions aimed at improving team dynamics and communication. Your expertise will help foster an environment that encourages collaboration and enhances overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize psychological assessments to gather insights about team dynamics.
  • Lead and facilitate team workshops focused on collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with HR to align team development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement evaluation metrics for team performance and engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Provide support to managers in creating positive team environments.
  • Design team-building activities that promote effective communication.
  • Share knowledge of psychological principles with non-psychology staff to enhance overall understanding.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Organization Development preferred.
  • Licensure as a psychologist is essential.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with teams or organizational psicology.
