Job Description

As a Divider Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery that ensures the accurate division of materials. You’ll be responsible for monitoring production quality and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of divider equipment to ensure optimal output.
  • Collaborate with team leads on production schedules.
  • Evaluate the quality of divided products and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery.
  • Document operational data and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all safety measures are adhered to during the production process.
  • Liaise with other departments to optimize production workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and improvements.
  • Train and guide new employees on machinery operation.
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in machinery operation are a plus.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
