Responsibilities

• Draft initial designs and modify existing plans as needed.
• Analyze project specifications and conduct thorough risk assessments.
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on structural issues.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on commercial projects

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Effective Leadership
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Structural Engineering License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Structural Analysis Software: Experience using additional software such as STAAD Pro or ETABS.
• Construction Experience: Hands-on experience in construction management or site supervision.
