Job Description

We are actively seeking skilled Weatherization Installers and Technicians who are passionate about improving energy efficiency. Our ideal candidates will be experienced in installing insulation, sealing drafts, and performing energy audits. You will play a vital role in helping clients enhance their energy efficiency while reducing costs and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate weatherization solutions for different properties.
• Provide on-site training and support to new technicians.
• Monitor and document energy savings achieved post-implementation.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote energy conservation.
• Maintain records of all work performed and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on sustainability and collaboration.
• Assist in conducting post-installation inspections to verify quality.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in weatherization or energy efficiency is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in weatherization or energy-related work

Technical Skills

• Insulation materials knowledge
• HVAC systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• EPA Certification for Lead Safe Practices
• Weatherization Assistance Program certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Previous supervisory experience: Ability to lead a team of technicians effectively.
