Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender. In this role, you will focus on efficiently operating machinery to produce high-quality wood products, attentive to both quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor woodworking machines.
  • Check dimensions of parts during production to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain production logs and report discrepancies.
  • Work with quality assurance to ensure product standards are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in woodworking technology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in woodworking or machine operation roles
