Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electroslag Welding Machine Operator to set up and operate advanced welding machines. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and precision of welded components in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in the development of welding procedures and techniques.
• Perform detailed inspections of welds and components post-production.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to rectify defects.
• Continuously improve welding operations through feedback and training.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Inspection training in welding processes is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience with metal fabrication

Technical Skills

• MIG/TIG Welding
• Metalworking Machinery

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
