Tech Innovations Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our growing client base in Miami. You will handle troubleshooting and technical support while collaborating with other IT professionals to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with hardware and software installation issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Evaluate reported problems and suggest software/hardware solutions.
• Document technical processes and user guides.
• Work with vendors for IT purchases and services.
• Provide on-call support as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Desktop Support

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
