Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that machinery operates smoothly, allowing for optimal production efficiency. This position requires keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will be responsible for monitoring the machinery, making adjustments as necessary, and performing routine maintenance to keep our operations running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Document production data and report any inconsistencies.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve production challenges.
• Assist in the training of junior operators.
• Handle material inputs for grinding and polishing processes.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adapt to changing production needs and expectations.
• Contribute to team meetings to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

Languages
