UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team in Portland, OR. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices.
• Work with analytics tools to understand user interactions.
• Provide input on project timelines and deliverables.
• Support the development of user experience strategies.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Document design processes and share learnings across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in UX/UI Design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Animation Tools: Knowledge of tools like After Effects for adding motion to designs.
• Proficiency in Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive interfaces for various screen sizes.
