Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the galvanizing process. You'll operate the galvanizing pots, ensuring efficient material flow while adhering to strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate galvanizing equipment and ensure consistent quality of galvanized products.
• Evaluate and adjust machinery settings based on production requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the galvanizing area to uphold safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications related to industrial safety are a plus.

Experience

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in galvanizing or manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of galvanizing processes

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• OSHA safety certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional industrial safety certifications: Certifications that enhance safety awareness and practices.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting: Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
