Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sugar Controller to manage the financial aspects of sugar production. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, budgeting, and analyzing consumption patterns to minimize costs and enhance efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring sugar control effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews and assessments.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational goals related to sugar control.
  • Assist with the implementation of financial software solutions for improved reporting.
  • Track inventory rotation to minimize spoilage and wastage.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are met.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine operational processes.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance sugar supply strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Master's degree or professional certification like CPA is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing sugar-related financial operations
