Job Description

Join Skyline Aerospace Solutions as an Aircraft Assembler, where you'll play a pivotal role in assembling aircraft structures, surfaces, rigging, and systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in using technical diagrams, hand tools, and machinery to produce high-quality aerospace components.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly of aircraft components following strict quality guidelines.
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to streamline production processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to confirm that parts are manufactured according to required specifications.
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and share improvements.
  • Mentor junior assemblers on proper assembly techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant assembly experience in aerospace manufacturing
