Responsibilities

• Design and lead training sessions tailored to individual athlete needs.
• Evaluate player performances and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage team spirit and develop a cohesive team culture.
• Integrate performance analysis and video review to inform strategies.
• Foster relationships with parents and community stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling practices and coordinating team logistics.
• Promote health and wellness practices within the team.
• Build partnerships with local schools and sports organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Sports Science or related field

Experience

• Experience as a collegiate or professional player is advantageous.

• Spanish: Conversational
