Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our power generation facilities. This role involves monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing plant performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power systems and a commitment to sustainable energy practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for emergency response teams.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades to equipment and systems.
• Implement best practices in energy management and sustainability.
• Assist in training new operators on plant operations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in power plant operations

Certifications

• Hazardous Materials Certification
