Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be vital in preparing and treating metal surfaces through anodizing processes. This role entails cleaning, masking, etching, and color application to ensure enhanced durability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate anodizing machines for effective operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on plating equipment to ensure reliability.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production schedules and material needs.
• Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
• Evaluate finished products for quality assurance and report discrepancies.
• Help develop and maintain safety guidelines to minimize risks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in anodizing or plating processes.

Technical Skills

• Anodizing process knowledge
• Experience with safety protocols

Languages

• English: Fluent
