We are seeking a dynamic individual as the Education Administrator, Postsecondary. You'll spearhead enrollment initiatives while collaborating with faculty and stakeholders to enhance student retention and success.
Responsibilities
Craft and execute strategic enrollment initiatives to attract students from diverse backgrounds.
Supervise day-to-day operations of admissions and financial aid processes.
Monitor and report on enrollment metrics to ensure compliance with institutional goals.
Cultivate relationships with high schools, community organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the review and enhancement of academic programs to align with student needs.
Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation within the enrollment team.
Provide leadership and training for admissions personnel to enhance their expertise.
Support the development of online and distance education enrollment strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education or Business
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration is highly desirable
Experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience in enrollment management
