Job Description

As a Fiberglass Dowel Drawing Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of our production operations. Your key responsibility will be to operate and maintain our advanced drawing machines, ensuring that fiberglass dowels are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of machine operation for fiberglass dowel production.
• Ensure all machinery is set for optimal production performance.
• Regularly measure and test dowels for compliance with specifications.
• Execute preventative maintenance routines on drawing machines.
• Resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Record production and maintenance data accurately and timely.
• Facilitate a safe and organized work environment.
• Engage with production teams to drive collective success.
• Mentor new hires in machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
