Responsibilities

• Work closely with sound designers to develop dialogues that fit the game's tone.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of characters and story arcs.
• Ensure that all narrative elements are aligned with gameplay mechanics.
• Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the emotional engagement of players through story.
• Facilitate workshops to foster creativity within the writing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, English, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in video game storytelling or a related field
