Job Description

As an Order Caller, you will be tasked with reaching out to customers to confirm their orders and ensure timely product delivery. We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills to manage inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through proactive phone calls to confirm and clarify orders.
  • Ensure accurate update of order statuses in the company database.
  • Work towards resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through communication.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and fulfillment teams.
  • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Track and report on customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to uphold service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service/call center roles
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software
  • Phone Systems

  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated

Advantageous

  • Experience with order management systems: Experience using systems for tracking and managing customer orders.
