Job Description
As an Order Caller, you will be tasked with reaching out to customers to confirm their orders and ensure timely product delivery. We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills to manage inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through proactive phone calls to confirm and clarify orders.
Ensure accurate update of order statuses in the company database.
Work towards resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through communication.
Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction.
Manage and maintain accurate records of communications.
Facilitate communication between customers and fulfillment teams.
Handle escalated issues with professionalism and attentiveness.
Track and report on customer feedback for service improvement.
Participate in training sessions to uphold service standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1+ years of experience in customer service/call center roles

Experience with order management systems: Experience using systems for tracking and managing customer orders.
