Job Description

As a Pile Driver Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy machinery to drive piles for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead pile driving operations for various construction projects.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and site foremen.
• Execute pile installation plans accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and materials.
• Assist with project planning and logistics as needed.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training updates.
• Monitor site conditions and report any changes affecting operations.
• Foster a team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality.
• Support emergency response efforts as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience with pile installation and heavy machinery operation

Technical Skills

• GPS Navigation Systems
• Heavy Machinery Maintenance

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
