Join us as a Lap Maker where you will be integral to the construction and assembly of premium laps used in gemstone faceting. Responsibilities

• Assemble various types of laps while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials prior to production.
• Maintain an efficient workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in developing new lap designs in collaboration with the design team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
• Manage daily inventory of lap-making components for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in lap making or a similar manufacturing role

Languages
