Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nut Culler to inspect and sort agricultural products. In this fast-paced role, you will ensure that only the best nuts reach our customers while adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sort and examine nuts for quality and size standards.
• Remove defective or damaged nuts and separate them from good ones.
• Weigh and measure nuts accurately for shipping processes.
• Operate and maintain sorting equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Record and maintain accurate data regarding nut quality and quantity.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in training junior staff in sorting techniques.
• Identify areas for process improvements and report to management.

Advantageous

• Ability to operate sorting machinery: Experience in using automated sorting tools.
• Familiarity with production efficiency techniques: Knowledge of methods to enhance productivity in the workplace.
