Job Description

Legal Experts LLC is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our Houston office. In this role, you will assist attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and managing case files. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication abilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of legal service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and document findings for attorney review.
• Prepare contracts and legal correspondence for clients.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of discovery materials.
• Manage deadlines and schedules for ongoing cases.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Draft legal motions and responses based on attorney guidance.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or legal environment

Certifications

• National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
