Job Description

As a Copyright Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting and managing our intellectual property rights. This position requires a strong understanding of copyright law and a proactive approach to addressing infringement issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the licensing and distribution of copyrighted material.
• Collaborate with the legal team to resolve copyright disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to copyright issues.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws and regulations.
• Keep track of industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g. JD, LLM)

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in copyright law or intellectual property
