Responsibilities

• Install rivets and other fasteners according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Provide feedback on processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues.
• Support quality control efforts by conducting inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Help create a positive team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification in metalworking or plastic fabrication is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Languages
