Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Frame Sample and Pattern Supervisor to lead our sample creation and pattern development processes. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of quality and efficiency, while also mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end process for frame sample and pattern development.
• Interface with the quality assurance team to ensure consistent quality delivery.
• Enhance team capabilities through effective training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sample-making process.
• Implement innovative techniques to improve production efficiency.
• Manage the sourcing and procurement of materials for sample development.
• Foster a strong team dynamic and ensure clear communication channels.
• Develop and uphold quality control standards in line with industry best practices.
• Monitor relevant industry advancements to keep the production process updated.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress and streamline workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Additional certifications in manufacturing or production management preferred

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Project management tools
• Technical skills in fabric handling

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the fashion or automotive industry: Previous work experience in relevant industries preferred.
