Job Description

As a Fishing and Hunting Worker, you will be instrumental in supporting our outdoor expeditions. Your role will include engaging with customers, assisting in gear management, and ensuring a memorable experience for all participants in our fishing and hunting activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer check-in and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment area.
• Act as a liaison between clients and management to address any issues that arise.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plans accordingly to ensure safety.
• Provide post-trip feedback and support to customers.
• Document any necessary improvements or equipment needs.

Requirements

Education

• Some college coursework preferred in Outdoor Recreation or related field

Experience

• 2+ years in outdoor activities or related experience in customer service

Technical Skills

• Customer Engagement
• Knowledge of Hunting and Fishing Regulations

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with GPS and navigational tools: Familiarity with navigating wilderness areas and fishing locations.
• Experience in leading groups: Proven ability to lead outdoor excursions and manage group dynamics.
