We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Charlotte. This role involves dispensing medications, patient counseling, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and a passion for patient health.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify prescriptions for patients.
• Engage in patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Participate in quality assurance and risk management activities.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and staff training.
• Conduct regular checks of pharmacy inventory and resources.
• Promote health literacy and wellness in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
• Licensure in North Carolina required

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
