Job Description
As a Computer Equipment Installer, you will be tasked with installing and configuring computer hardware and software systems for our clients. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of computer systems and ensure they meet client specifications.
Assist in the configuration of networks and connectivity tools.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems.
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Work with team leads to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Maintain inventory of tools and equipment used in installations.
Assist in training junior technicians and staff members.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during installations.
Provide feedback on product performance and client satisfaction.
Managing and coordinating with vendors for hardware support.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
